This policy is published by MainLine Finance, which operates dentalequipment.finance — an intake and matching service that connects U.S. dentists with a panel of dental-specialty commercial lenders for equipment financing, practice acquisition, de-novo startup loans, expansion, and working capital. When this policy says “we” or “us,” it means MainLine Finance. When it says “you,” it means the individual using the site — typically a DDS, DMD, practice owner, or someone authorized to submit a financing application on behalf of a dental practice.

This policy covers the dentalequipment.finance website, the intake forms on that site, and the follow-up phone, text, and email communications that flow from a submission. It also covers the analytics and error-monitoring tools we run on the site.
This policy does notcover what happens after you choose to move forward with a specific lender from your shortlist. Once selected, that lender’s privacy policy governs the handling of your information for their underwriting and servicing.
On the intake flow we collect: use case (equipment, acquisition, startup, expansion, working capital), practice type, capital amount, practice monthly production band, time in practice band, credit band, and contact details (name, mobile, email). We may also collect — at later stages — equipment vendor quotes, tax returns, and other documents the lender you select requires for underwriting.
We collect this information for one purpose: to route your file to the lenders most likely to fund it on terms appropriate to your profile. We do not sell your contact information to third parties.
By submitting the intake form you agree we may contact you by text (SMS), phone, and email to communicate about your match and financing options. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
We conduct a soft credit inquiry during the matching process. Soft inquiries are not visible to other lenders and do not affect your credit score. A hard credit inquiry occurs only after you select a specific lender and authorize that lender to proceed.
We retain intake submissions and related communications for as long as your file is being matched or serviced, and for a reasonable period thereafter to meet record-keeping obligations. Specific retention periods are under counsel review.
Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses. Direct any such request to angelo@mainline.finance.
